With full IP68-rated protection and fully sealed stainless-steel housing, they withstand sewage, dust, acid/alkali corrosion, and road vibrations—even under extreme outdoor conditions like intense sun or frost. Wide-voltage power supply, short-circuit, and reverse-polarity protection ensure stable 24/7 signal output. They accurately detect mechanism status, preventing overtravel, locking failures, and misoperations—dramatically improving automation accuracy and safety.

Designed specifically for hopper level monitoring, Lanbao’s ultrasonic sensors incorporate intelligent temperature compensation algorithms. Unaffected by wet/dry waste or airborne dust, they deliver stable and precise measurements. Real-time monitoring of fill levels triggers automatic alerts when full, eliminating spillage and leakage. This enables optimized routing, reduces empty runs and redundant trips, and cuts fuel and labor costs.
Installed at the top interior of the hopper, these sensors calculate fill height by measuring the time-of-flight of ultrasonic pulses reflected from the waste surface.
With non-contact detection, they ignore material type or color, offering robust environmental adaptability. Key specs include ±1% absolute accuracy and a measurement range of 0.2–4m, with configurable thresholds for automatic hauling alerts.
